DUALi Inc., a South Korea-based provider of physical security platforms and terminals, announced DUALL MASTER 3.0, the latest version of its security platform, launched first in Hanoi, Vietnam.

The release combines a 3D Command Center that shows where security events occur with an AI Assistant that turns natural-language requests into actionable, auditable workflows. By connecting access control, video and administrative tasks in one platform, DUALL MASTER 3.0 helps security teams move from alerts to action with fewer steps.

3D Command Center: See the Building. Understand the Event.

From a building-wide view to a specific door, operators can navigate directly from an alert to the relevant location and its live security data.

New 3D Command Center maps live security events to building spaces.

The 3D Command Center maps access points, cameras and alerts onto a spatial model of the building, allowing operators to navigate from a building-wide view to individual floors and doors.

Selecting a door reveals its current state, device status and recent access events, alongside linked live video and configured sensor readings. An integrated event panel connects alerts to their locations, while incidents can be assigned, documented and tracked through resolution across shifts.

For emergency response, Emergency Mode highlights affected areas and assembly points, showing confirmed-safe occupants, people not yet accounted for and their last recorded locations. Automated map tours cycle through configured observation points for continuous control-room monitoring. Emergency Mode supports evacuation coordination and complements, rather than replaces, dedicated fire-safety systems and established procedures.

AI Assistant: From Questions to Action

More than a chatbot, the AI Assistant executes operational tasks while keeping operators in control

Operators can use plain language to request actions such as, “Onboard Kim Suji in Marketing and give them access to Floor 3.” The assistant also supports incident summaries and tasks including access-group changes, visitor invitations with QR codes, credential revocation and user disablement.

Human approval stays in control. Every action follows an explain, preview and execute sequence, and nothing is committed without explicit operator confirmation. The assistant operates under the user’s existing login and permissions rather than holding independent access privileges. High-risk actions, including credential revocation and user disablement, require PIN re-confirmation.

Both previews and executions are recorded in the audit log. Responses are grounded in system records, and when a request could refer to more than one person, the assistant asks for clarification rather than guessing.

Flexible AI Deployment. Reliable Access Control.

DUALL MASTER 3.0 supports cloud AI, on-premises AI for facilities that require inference to remain within their own data centers, and operation without AI. The platform enforces deployment policies, preventing cloud AI from starting at production sites configured for on-premises inference.

Its offline-first access control allows devices to make access decisions locally using synchronized data, so doors can continue operating during network outages.

The platform integrates Access Control, Visitor Management, Attendance, Parking, Video Management and Video Intercom. The AI Assistant operates across these modules, with new modules inheriting its capabilities automatically.

By combining 3D situational awareness with controlled, auditable AI actions, DUALL MASTER 3.0 brings security monitoring and everyday building operations into a more unified workflow.
