• Genesis employees volunteer alongside Habitat LA to support long-term wildfire recovery and rebuilding efforts through California Rises

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Genesis served as the Official Automotive Sponsor of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles’ (Habitat LA) ReBUILD LA initiative, helping advance long-term recovery and rebuilding efforts for communities impacted by the Southern California wildfires. The partnership is part of California Rises, Genesis’ ongoing commitment to supporting wildfire relief, recovery, and rebuilding across the Los Angeles region.

As part of the partnership, Genesis joined Habitat LA and community volunteers during Community Build Week, Sept. 23-26, lending their time and hands-on support to rebuilding efforts in Pacific Palisades and Malibu. The four-day community build brought together more than 500 volunteers, along with corporate and civic leaders, to help wildfire survivors move forward.

Following the Southern California wildfires in January 2025, Genesis, TGR Live and the PGA TOUR launched California Rises to support immediate relief and long-term community rebuilding. In 2026, Genesis committed an additional $1 million toward the next phase of the initiative, including support for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation and Genesis Inspiration Foundation.

The Habitat LA partnership builds on that commitment by supporting families and neighborhoods as they continue the long road toward recovery.
